  1. Love love love this! I feel the exact same way. We live in a BIG house by most people’s standards and my kids go to private school which apparently means we’re entitled. I’ve been called entitled and an elitist to my face and all sorts of things — which makes me sad because they aren’t true. Thing is – things don’t matter to us. We drive 20 year old cars because we don’t care about things and refuse to have car payments. We are about experiences – travel, times with friends. I am by no means a B%tch or an A**hole, nor is my hubby. We give back to our community, love our friends and family and are hard working people. We do the “Grand Tour” of our house — and I must say my bathroom is awesome as is our 4th floor loft office. I’m darn proud of our home and if I can be an inspiration to someone else — so be it. And if it makes someone feel less than – that’s not the intention and they may have something to work through. I’ve been working my tail off since I was 14 years old (that’s over 30 years). If I have what I have or don’t have what I don’t have — that’s on me.

To you Tiffany – I say — c’mon over for a glass of wine on the back deck overlooking the valley and let’s just be mom’s hanging out while the boys do their thing. Cuz that’s what’s real. 🙂

    1. Done deal. Before school starts for sure. I know Thomas would love it and certainly so would I! Thank you!
